Our Commitment to Property

The property team has the responsibility for maintenance of the Church campus and physical assets in order to allow these assets to perpetually support the mission of the Church. This includes coordinating, planning, budgeting, conducting, and/or arranging for the maintenance of the buildings, landscaping, and vehicles belonging to the Church. The team is charged with maintenance of current assets in such a way that they will reach or exceed their expected life, and providing appropriate budget requirements for annual maintenance to the Council.

If you have an interest in working with your hands and enjoy the sense of pride with a "job well done" then this is the team for you! Work sessions are usually referred to as Saint Grubby days and they always combine getting something meaningful done with an enjoyable feeling of fellowship.
