Our Youth Love Singing and Praising God

Calvary’s Kids’ and Teen Choirs help children develop their love of singing and praising God. It also includes special training by Stan Beard and lots of fun. Open to ages 6 to 12, Kids’ Choir sings approximately once a month at worship services from September to June. Practice is held Wednesday nights from 6 to 6:30 pm so that children can join in the fellowship of Wonderful Wednesday Suppers.

Repertoire for the Youth Choirs is broad. Songs of faith are expressed in simple settings ranging from Rock of Ages to Rock ’n Roll. The kids often join the adult choir in special anthems, and of course, they are featured in the annual Christmas Concerts.
