Instructions:
For each of the twenty gift clusters that follow, choose the option or options that best
fit your specific need. The maximun cluster score is 12 therefore someone scoring 9 to 12 for a gift cluster would be expected to be a very good match for that cluster's attributes. A score of 5 to 8 would
still be a potential match but a score of 0 to 4 would indicate a very poor potential match. The 20 gift clusters have overlapping attribites, therefore you should consider the general combination of attributes
as you cast your net. There are no wrong approaches. The worst you can do is to not find a match.
Consider the clusters Administration, Discernment, Knowledge and Wisdom. Each point to the attributes that might
make a good Council member (not necessarily a good Ministry Team Leader) but Council is the first attribute for Administration and Discernment. Probably the best candidates would be found asking for both
Administration and Discernment = Strongest thus resulting in all who scored strongest in either cluster. A wider search could be made by also selecting Wisdom = Average.
Strongest = 9 to 12
Average = 5 to 8
Weakest = 0 to 4
